Brief introduction

The box type fully automatic vacuum controlled atmosphere packaging machine is a product developed by our factory in 2002. After 16 years of research and development and improvement, the machine can automatically drop the box, accurately place the plastic box into the mold, automatically print the production date and batch number, automatically vacuum and fill with N2, 02, CO2 single gas or mixed gas. 2、 Application scope

Thermoforming modified atmosphere packaging machine is widely used for box and bag packaging of leisure foods such as raw and cooked meat, poultry, fish, fruits and vegetables, bread, pastries, and boxed meals. It utilizes the different effects of protective mixed gases such as CO2, O2, N2 to effectively inhibit microbial growth and reproduction. Food packaged with modified atmosphere packaging maintains its original taste, color, shape, and nutrition, while also achieving a longer shelf life.

3、 Product Features

(1) This machine is suitable for box packaging of various types of food, continuously and automatically completing steps such as vacuum pumping, automatic mixing of fresh-keeping gases (usually CO2, N2, O2), inflation, sealing packaging, slitting, and discharge of packaged products;

(2) Can complete sealing and packaging of packaging films and boxes made of different materials such as composite films, single films, co extruded films, etc;

(3) Driven by a servo motor, the human-machine interface dialogue is achieved through the combination of a programmable logic controller (PLC) and a touch screen. The actions and control parameters of each part can be set and modified by the PLC. Convenient and reliable control, precise and flexible, low failure rate;

(4) The integral aluminum alloy side plate bracket (Bell National Patent No. ZL2004 2 0039098 3) has high strength and good straightness. The main body is made of SUS304 food grade stainless steel material, and the equipment surface is easy to clean;

(5) The sealing pressure, temperature, and time parameters can be precisely controlled to ensure that the product achieves the desired sealing effect;

(6) Photoelectric tracking of the cover film pattern ensures the integrity of the packaging printing pattern;

(7) The shape of the mold can be customized according to the packaging box style selected by the customer;
